✨Veteran Buddy Check Initiative✨
This summer, we encourage our congregation to take part in Veteran Buddy Checks by reaching out to the veterans in our church and community. A simple phone call, text, visit, or conversation can remind a veteran that they are seen, valued, and not alone. These check-ins are an important way to offer connection, listen with compassion, and help guide someone toward support if they are struggling.
As a faith family, let us be intentional about caring for those who have served. Take time to check on a veteran, ask how they are doing, and be willing to listen. One caring conversation can make a life-changing difference.
