The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) invites all Baltimore City residents to an important in-person workshop designed to help you better understand your water services, bill, and available assistance.
Topics we’ll cover:
1️⃣ Available Resources – Learn about discount programs and support services available for Baltimore City residents.2️⃣ Application Help – Get step-by-step guidance to complete forms and meet program requirements.3️⃣ Reading Your Water Bill – Understand how to read your bill and catch any unusual changes or charges.4️⃣ Leaks and Property Issues – Know what to do if you suspect a leak and how it could impact your bill.5️⃣ The Big Picture – Gain insight into how water and sewer rates are set, upcoming infrastructure improvements, and what they mean for our communities.
